Meet the Owner
Hi, I'm Rachel! I am a certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist as well as an LMT and have been since 2021. I am well aware that a life in pursuit of athleticism and overall health requires a team of people behind us to help meet our goals. I hope to be able to be a part of that team for you as you pursue your own goals. I love massage because I get the chance to work with your body and bring you some much needed relief. I opened up my practice in March of 2022 in Downtown Colorado Springs because I wanted the chance to work for myself to support my need for a flexible schedule and work/life balance.
